1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ansid website located at ansidcfo.com (the "Site") and any services offered by AnsidCFO Inc. ("Ansid", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or engage our services.

2. Services Description

Ansid provides fractional CFO services, automated finance operations, and financial intelligence services to businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• —CFO Execution: embedded fractional CFO leadership within client organizations
• —Weekly Finance Intelligence: driver-based financial reporting and analysis
• —Automated Finance Operations: finance process design, automation, and ongoing management
• —Financial Diagnostic: assessment of a company's current finance function

The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and terms of any engagement are governed by a separate written service agreement between Ansid and the client. These Terms of Service govern use of the Site and general engagement terms only.

3. Not Financial Advice

The content on this Site, including insights, articles, and general information, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific situation. Ansid's professional services are provided under separate service agreements.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AnsidCFO Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Fynease name and methodology are proprietary to Ansid. Nothing on this Site grants any license or right to use any Ansid trademark, service mark, or logo without our prior written permission.

You may access and view the content on the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our express written consent.

6. Confidentiality

In the course of a service engagement, Ansid will have access to confidential business and financial information. Ansid treats all client information as strictly confidential and does not disclose client information to third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services, with the client's consent, or as required by law. Specific confidentiality obligations are set out in each service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ansid and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.

Ansid's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services will not exceed the fees paid by you to Ansid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Ansid does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Ansid does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
